A special opportunity for groups to have the Talos Art Gallery and founder, Richard, exclusively to themselves.

Enjoy a curated tour of the exhibition and a special presentation on the history and techniques of bronze casting.

Talos Cafe is open for refreshments as part of our group tour package.

Take a journey through the centuries and understand how history, sculpture and nature intertwines to reveal the Talos story. Join artist, restorer and Talos Gallery & Foundry owner, Richard Atkinson-Willes for a curated tour of the Talos Art Gallery Summer Exhibition 2024.

  • With double the gallery space and many new artists showcasing, there is a plethora of styles and media on show in our Summer Exhibition. Learn about the art, artists and inspiration behind the pieces and get your creative juices flowing.

  • From the Roman London to Bath Road, to our underground grotto and antique roses explore our restored gallery buildings and gardens, originally the Bowood Estate diary, and see the changes as the years unfold.

  • Plus a unique opportunity to gain a better understanding in the process of bronze casting, one of the oldest traditional art forms and instrumental to the progress of human civilisation. Please note our Foundry is not on site.

If you have a specialist interest in our history, art, foundry or gardens please do let us know and we can tailor your visit accordingly. Ideal for groups of 15+ to enjoy exclusive access. £15 per person. Typically 2 hours in duration allowing time to rest in our gardens with a refreshment from our Talos Cafe (open for group tours only). Let your senses enjoy the artwork, gardens and views of the wonderful Marlborough Downs.
